Before paid services are introduced
Publish a complete refund policy before accepting payment. It should identify the seller, eligible products, refund timeframes, refund process, payment provider, user contact channel, and any legally required terms for the locations served.
Do not rely on placeholder policies
A policy should match the product and payment experience that actually exists. This page will need to be replaced or expanded when a payment service is implemented.
